A one on one session will go for an hour.
Together, we will heal what is important to heal at the time. Each session will be different.
We will align the mental and emotional bodies with your higher self and also awake your DNA, and if you are ready, you will even receive some light code activations.

A one-on-one session on it's own is $100 per session or read below to also receive a customised remedy to amplify your results and support you after your treatment.
One on One Session + Remedy
The healing will be done as per the one on one session, but in addition you will receive a Vibrational remedy to take home.
The remedy is made especially for you and for your highest good.
This remedy will assist you for several days for a deeper healing, especially if you have a physical issue.
I incorporate many modalities all as one when we do this work and use whichever will best suit you. This includes Reiki incorporating Chakra Alignment, Belief Healing and Quantum Touch as needed throughout your sessions.
Cost per treatment: $120 including your personal supportive remedy.

INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE

Indian head massage is a relaxing holistic treatment that uses acupressure massage on the head, face, neck and shoulders. It aims to rebalance your body's energies.
What is Indian head massage?
Indian head massage is an ancient complementary therapy, based on the ayurvedic system of healing that has been practiced in India over for over a thousand years. This gentle form of massage therapy is part of Indian family life.
Part of the Hindu health care practice of Ayurveda.
Indian head massage focuses on your head, neck and shoulders and was originally used to improve scalp and hair condition. It is a deep massage, using a variety of pressure and techniques, including circular massage strokes on your scalp,
deep tissue work on your shoulders,
and stretching the neck.
Benefits of Indian head massage
This form of massage focuses on the three higher "chakras" - mind, body and spirit and as such hits your energy epicentre.
It doesn't seem sufficient to say that a good Indian head massage will relax you. It's more than this. It can make you feel detached and serene, leave you sighing and wordless, but also alert and clear-headed, alleviating brain-fog and stress.
Even if you don't experience this level of relaxation, this massage treatment offers all kinds of other benefits.
It may relieve aches, pains and tension in your neck, back and shoulders and stimulating the hair follicles is said to improve the texture of your hair and encourage hair growth.
An Indian head massage stimulates blood flow, lymph and oxygen in your upper body, and therefore may relieve sinusitis, relieve stress and help you sleep better. And because it is said to help cure headaches (even migraine), eye strain and anxiety, some say an Indian head massage can help you to concentrate better at work.
The use of aromatherapy oils mixed by Laetitia enhances the experience.
Before you go
You should wear loose-fitting clothing, so that you don't feel restricted or uncomfortable. It's a good idea not to have too many layers. For an Indian head massage, Laetitia is liable to want to massage your neck and shoulders, even your upper back, so a polo neck is a bad idea, as is complicated or tight-fitting underwear.
Indian head massage is kind to hair; it is not kind to hair-dos. Remove any hair bands, clips or slides before you go in, and book that hair appointment for the day after.
Bear in mind as well that as you may have oils rubbed into your scalp - you might want to take a cap, "Alice" or other hair band with you to make yourself look respectable on your way home, or back at work.

Reiki Sessions - Hands On or Distant Healing
Reiki is a gentle, yet powerful, non-invasive Japanese therapy that promotes relaxation, healing and general wellbeing. Reiki heals not only the body but also the mind and the spirit. Reiki works in conjunction with all other medical or therapeutic techniques to relieve side effects and promote recovery.
The word Reiki means Universal Life Force Energy. In the late 1800s, Dr Mikao Usui founded Reiki after many years of meditation, study and research.
With my Reiki sessions, patients feel relaxed and renewed after their session. I’m qualified as a Reiki Master and Teacher, so I adjust your session to work on your specific goals and needs. I love showing my clients how just a session can make an enormous difference to their health.
Distance Healing is a great way to receive treatments when you are not able to come and see me. Either because you are away, too busy or not able to get of the bed. It is also great to do Distance Healing on children who can't lie down for a full session.
I will give you a call before the session and another one at the end of the session to discuss the session.

Frequently Asked Questions
What happens during a REIKI Session?
You will be resting on a massage table, fully clothed to receive a graceful transfer of Reiki through hand touch or sightly above the body. ( A wonderful Japanese energy therapy to balance the body, gently encouraging it towards self healing)
It is also possible to have a session sitting down on a chair if needed.
Allow extra time for wind-down time.
As per any business of this nature, please do not bring your children unless your child is having treatment.
How many treatments should I have?
I get asked this question a lot. The answer is, “It depends.” Everyone is different and everyone will react differently.
