Reiki level 1 works to open your connection to the Universal energy and open up the heart chakra which gives you a new appreciation of life, more compassion for both yourself and others and an increasing sense of gratitude.

Once you have received your attunement, you will want to use what you have learned to help yourself and your family. However, you can choose if you want to continue your learning journey with Reiki or you can stay at this level. Everyone has their own journey.

Reiki I course is held for two days. Come along if you are interested in learning about Reiki on yourself and family and even pets. The course is also available for people who have had previous contact with Reiki and would like to re-coonect with their practice.

Reiki is also a great addition to your modality, such as life coaches, carers, nurses, masseuses etc.

Important: Please know that the Reiki 1 course does not qualify you to practice Reiki professionally. This is an invitation to heal yourself first. You will need to complete Reiki 2 to be a practitioner.
