What is Sound Healing?
Sound healing is a therapeutic practice that uses the vibrations and frequencies of instruments—such as crystal bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, wind chimes, gongs and more instruments...(find out more on instruments below) to promote healing on a cellular level. Each sound carries a frequency that resonates with the energy centers, or chakras, of the body. These vibrations can clear blockages, reduce stress, and promote deep relaxation. The sound waves help harmonize our brainwaves, encouraging the body to shift into a state of balance and self-healing.
What is Reiki?
Reiki is a gentle, hands-on (or hands-off) healing technique that channels universal life force energy, also known as Chi or Prana, through the practitioner to the recipient. This energy promotes healing by helping to balance the flow of energy within the body. Reiki is deeply relaxing and supports emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being by clearing energetic blockages and restoring harmony in the body’s energy systems.
